Trey Starkey
CEO
Trey is a lifelong resident of Pasco County. He graduated from Gulf High School in 81’, earned his B.S. in Finance at UF, and is a licensed real estate broker. Trey is a proud husband to Kathryn Starkey and father of four.

Aaron Derksen
COO
Aaron attended New Port Richey Christian School, where he met his wife and mother to four, Angela Derksen. He graduated Saint Petersburg College where he earned a degree in Professional Aviation and later earned his commercial pilot’s license. Aaron is also an ordained minister, and has licenses in state contracting and pest control.

Brandi Pellerito
General Manager
Brandi, although born in Austin, Texas, grew up calling Arizona home. She graduated from Kingman High School in Kignman, AZ in 2007, she moved to the Midwest and eventually settled in Florida in 2015. Brandi loves to travel and believes it has played a huge role in her personal growth and development. In her free time you can find her enjoying nature, camping, scuba diving and teaching yoga.
